Product availability refers to the time the Customer places the order, but should be considered indicative. This is because:
(a) products may be purchased by other Customers before the order is confirmed, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site;
(b) IT anomalies may occur that incorrectly make a product purchasable when it is actually unavailable.
Even after Le Muse sends the order confirmation email, there may be times when the merchandise is unavailable. In this case, the order will be modified by eliminating the unavailable product, and the customer will be promptly notified via email. The notification will include the methods and timeframe for any refunds already paid.
Complaints
For any complaints or requests for clarification, the Customer can contact Le Muse via email at:
You will receive a response within three business days of your request.
If the Customer finds any defects or lack of conformity in the purchased product, Le Muse will arrange for the free collection of the item and, after verifying the manufacturing defect, replacement and/or repair, covering the return shipping costs. Replacement or repair will only be carried out if the product has not been worn, used, or damaged for reasons other than a manufacturing defect.
If, following inspection, no defects are found, Le Muse will contact the Customer to provide a repair and/or replacement estimate. Repairs will be carried out only with the Customer's written approval. In this case, shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
Repair and/or replacement will be carried out only after payment of the repair and shipping costs. If the Customer requests the return of the product without repair or replacement, the shipping costs will still be borne by the Customer.
In the absence of communication from the Customer, Le Muse will not be responsible for items in storage for a period exceeding three months.
Returns and refunds
Any Customer who, for any reason, is not satisfied with their purchase has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without having to specify the reason, within 14 days of receiving the product.
To make a return, the customer must send a request via email to Le Muse customer service, who will provide return instructions. The returned product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the warranty certificate.
Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the Customer.
In the event of a return, Le Muse will refund the full amount paid by the customer within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Le Muse will not be responsible for returned products that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and will not issue refunds or compensation in such cases.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of custom-made or personalized goods.
