Yes, you can cancel your order before it ships. To do so, please email lemuseshoponline@gmail.com
Once payment has been confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent containing a summary of your purchase.
You can choose to collect your order directly from one of our stores:

To collect your order from one of the listed stores, please select this option when placing your order, before checking out.
It will not be possible to collect an order placed with a destination address at one of the stores.
Once the order has been shipped, Le Muse will send you an email notification with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.
Yes, all items shipped are insured against theft and damage during transit until they reach their destination. Once delivered, they will no longer be covered by this insurance.
Every Le Muse piece of jewelry is delivered in our iconic Tin Box , an elegant and durable metal box. Inside, you'll find a Le Muse fabric pouch to store your jewelry and a card with the details of the product. Perfect packaging for both storing your jewelry and making a special gift!

At the moment, we can only ship to countries within the EU.
All items available in stock are delivered within the times described below.
Items not available in stock are immediately put into production and delivered within the times indicated at the time of ordering (see also Terms and Conditions )

Shipping is free for orders over €150 to Italy. Shipping is free for orders over €200 to the EU.
