Refund policy
We are glad you have chosen a Le Muse piece of jewelry. If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of reception to request a return or exchange, in accordance with Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21 of February 21, 2014 (the “Consumer Code”).

Please return all items, including the warranty certificate and the original jewelry box. The packaging is an integral part of the product and must be returned intact, placing it in suitable external packaging to protect it during transport. It is important to seal the external package carefully before shipping.
Le Muse accepts no responsibility for returned products that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transport and, in such cases, will not issue refunds or compensation.
Once the return has been confirmed, we will issue a refund using the same payment method chosen for the purchase.
