Making a return
We're delighted you've chosen a piece of Le Muse jewelry. If, for any reason, the product doesn't meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return, in accordance with Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21 of February 21, 2014 (the "Consumer Code").

We will be happy to provide you with all the information you need to return your package as quickly as possible.
Please return all items, including the warranty card and the original jewelry box. The packaging is an integral part of the product and must be returned intact, placed in suitable external packaging to protect it during shipping. It is important to carefully seal the external package before shipping.
Le Muse assumes no responsibility for returned products that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and, in such cases, will not issue refunds or compensation.
Once the return is confirmed, we will process the refund using the same payment method chosen for the purchase.
